West Side Revitalization (Stamford, CT)

Samuels Court (Danbury, CT) 26 Units of supportive housing with Alderhouse Residential Communities.

Friendship House (Stamford, CT) Renovation of the 121-unit Friendship House building has begun this Summer 2008.


Ludlow Place (Stamford, CT) Site prep is underway for the development of affordable condominiums on a 1+ acre site in the South End of Stamford. The condos built on Ludlow Place would create first time ownership opportunities for more than 50 families.
