Make A Difference... Give of Your Resources or Time!

Financial Contributions — Financial support is the lifeline that keeps a nonprofit developer like NNI ‘in business.’ Your dollars make it possible for NNI to identify and shepherd new rental and ownership housing opportunities from the drawing board to the self-sustaining bricks and mortar development phase. Support is also used as seed money for new programs to benefit tenants and buyers and to increase NNI’s capacity to make a difference in the community.

You can help NNI with a direct financial donation, a grant, employer matching funds, bequests, and gifts of marketable stocks and securities. Financial donations to NNI, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, are tax deductible.

Volunteer Your Expertise... From sprucing up a vacant lot to serving on our all volunteer Board of Directors, NNI relies on the generosity of community-minded volunteers every day.

Just a few of ways you can volunteer to help are: Fall/spring clean-up yard crew, Volunteer to drive your van for an ‘Inside Stamford Affordable Housing Tour,’ Host a reception to benefit NNI’s new housing and housing preservation programs, Join an advisory committee and put your special skills to work for NNI, such as, fund raising, number crunching, strategic planning, real estate development, construction, events, and marketing, to name just a few or Join NNI’s all volunteer Board of Directors.
