DONATIONS!
In-kind donations — From the everyday to the esoteric, improve NNI ability to serve tenants and purchasers and create housing that transforms families and neighborhoods.
Land — Donations of buildings and/or unimproved land help NNI keep the cost of housing down. We pass along the savings to tenants and buyers in the form of below fair market rate rents and purchase prices.
To discuss a potential donation of land, contact our housing development team at 203-359-2215 to set up a preliminary meeting and site inspection or email rossb@nnistamford.org.
