Free Health Fair August 25 in Stamford

New Neighborhoods, Inc. (NNI) is inviting everyone to attend a free multi-agency health fair at Martin Luther King Jr. Apartments, 40 Stillwater Avenue, Stamford, CT 06902 on Thursday, August 25, 2016 between 11 AM and 2 PM.

Health screenings include: Podiatrist, general hearing, glucose testing, healthy eating, and cholesterol screening.

Representatives from a variety of wellness focused Stamford-based agencies and businesses will be on hand with information on pediatric, adult and senior nutrition, wellness and exercise programs to promote healthier living and longevity.

Vendors at NNI’s 3^rd Annual Health Fair include: Stamford Police & Fire Department, Credit Karma (build your credit), Community Action, La Fitness, Wells Fargo, Food Bank of Lower Fairfield County, Fair gate Farms, Grade A Shoprite, Boys and Girls Club, Liberation House, Shelter for the Homeless, America Red Cross, Stamford Health Department, Personally Yours Health & Fitness, Danielcare, LLC, Center for Vein Restoration, Planned Parenthood, Catholic Charities, and Aquarian Water Company.
